Hi again…
Eydie (she/ella)
Over the past three years, I’ve transitioned from crisis-driven nonprofit leadership into professional coaching and facilitation, focusing on preventative, reflective work that supports sustainable self-leadership. My practice is grounded in rigorous training and certification, ensuring an ethical and responsive approach to today’s complex individual and organizational challenges.
My Coaching Approach
We are whole, resourceful, and capable of profound transformation
Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed
You lead the way. I honor your lived experience, identities, and inner resources.
Internal Family Systems and & Somatic Informed
We work with the wisdom of your inner system and the signals of your body.
Strengths-Based
I look for what’s already working and help you build from there.
Culturally Grounded
I honor culture, identity, belonging, and the stories we inherit.
Astrology as a Tool for Self-Awareness
If you opt in, we can explore your natal chart for insights into your natural strengths, emotional patterns, and areas of growth.
