1. Services Offered 

Polaris Coaching & Consulting provides Leadership & Wellness Coaching, group work, and astrology workshops. These services are intended to support personal and professional growth but are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. 

2. Booking and Payments 

• Booking: Sessions and group programs can be booked directly through my website.

• Payments: All payments must be made in advance unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon. 

• Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

• Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

• Refunds: If we find that we’re not the right fit, I’ll gladly refund the cost of any unused sessions—your satisfaction and comfort are my top priorities.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session fee.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). For more information on how your data is handled, please refer to my Privacy Policy below.

5. Client Responsibilities
 
Clients are expected to:
 

• Attend sessions on time and fully participate in the coaching process.

• Be honest with themselves and as open as possible during sessions.

• Understand that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, workshops, or through this website are the intellectual property of Polaris Coaching & Consulting and are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process, but results are not guaranteed. Polaris Coaching & Consulting is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

8. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to treat others with respect, especially in group settings. Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.

9. Termination of Services

Polaris Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Clients may also terminate services at any time; refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

10. Force Majeure

Polaris Coaching & Consulting is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

11. Amendments and Updates

Polaris Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. This agreement is governed by the laws of California.
