Coaching is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
It is not consulting, where solutions are provided for you.
It is not mentoring, where advice is given based on lived experience.
In coaching, you remain the expert on your life. My role is to create a structured, supportive space that strengthens your capacity to think clearly and act intentionally.
If therapeutic support is needed, I will always encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional alongside coaching.
Credentials
Professionally trained coach aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having successfully completed the requirements and passed the PCC credentialing exam.
